LED Forklift Lights

LED lights are incredibly sturdy and can withstand shocks and vibrations. This is especially important with forklifts which lack traditional suspension systems. They also don’t have fragile components like glass envelopes.

They are easily screwed on and offer pedestrians a clear view of what is heading their way. They are a great alternative to backup alarms which can become a nuisance.

Red Danger Lights

Red Danger Lights, sometimes called Safety Halos, create a visual warning parameter that helps everyone stay away from your forklift. They can be mounted on the front or back of your forklift to warn pedestrians and help keep them safe as you drive.

They project an adjustable red line spotlight to mark the area you don’t want people walking in. This is a great alternative to using cones and takes up less space while being just as effective. They are also quakeproof, dust proof and water resistant.

These lights can be wired directly into your lift truck, a qualified maintenance person or forklift technician can help you with this. They are UL rated for regular forklifts and EE and LPS rated but not for EX rated trucks used in high hazard areas. They are a great addition to any forklift. One light will create a three to five foot safety zone around the machine.

Laser Lights

A forklift laser light is a simple and effective way to alert pedestrians of the lift truck’s presence in their zone. Installing one on each lift will help to prevent accidents, injuries and damage. The lights can be triggered to display signage using motion sensors, beam break sensors or a push button.

They are easily installed with a simple mount bracket and can be mounted without drilling into the overhead guard (drilling may reduce capacity). They are also easily adjusted to project the safe distance to keep from the sides of any size forklift.

Also, be sure to mount each light in a consistent location as changing their position can greatly impact the projection distance. This can lead to pedestrians assuming that the distance stays the same and they will not take action to avoid the moving forklift. Ensure each forklift blue safety light is mounted solidly and check them periodically to verify that they are drawing the correct distance.

Blue Arrow Lights
