LED Forklift Lights
LED lights are incredibly sturdy and can withstand shocks and vibrations. This is especially important with forklifts which lack traditional suspension systems. They also don’t have fragile components like glass envelopes.
They are easily screwed on and offer pedestrians a clear view of what is heading their way. They are a great alternative to backup alarms which can become a nuisance.
Red Danger Lights
Red Danger Lights, sometimes called Safety Halos, create a visual warning parameter that helps everyone stay away from your forklift. They can be mounted on the front or back of your forklift to warn pedestrians and help keep them safe as you drive.
They project an adjustable red line spotlight to mark the area you don’t want people walking in. This is a great alternative to using cones and takes up less space while being just as effective. They are also quakeproof, dust proof and water resistant.
These lights can be wired directly into your lift truck, a qualified maintenance person or forklift technician can help you with this. They are UL rated for regular forklifts and EE and LPS rated but not for EX rated trucks used in high hazard areas. They are a great addition to any forklift. One light will create a three to five foot safety zone around the machine.
Laser Lights
A forklift laser light is a simple and effective way to alert pedestrians of the lift truck’s presence in their zone. Installing one on each lift will help to prevent accidents, injuries and damage. The lights can be triggered to display signage using motion sensors, beam break sensors or a push button.
They are easily installed with a simple mount bracket and can be mounted without drilling into the overhead guard (drilling may reduce capacity). They are also easily adjusted to project the safe distance to keep from the sides of any size forklift.
These LED safety spotlights are encapsulated in a durable tempered glass cover with aluminum alloy casting for dissipating heat efficiently. They are dust, quake and water proof and can be used in LED Forklift Lights any working environment. Using consistent lighting on all vehicles is critical, as different colors or different distances can lead to unsafe assumptions by pedestrians and other drivers.
Blue Spotlights
Blue safety lights for forklifts are a great way to warn pedestrians that a vehicle is in their vicinity. These lights typically project a bright blue dot on the ground at various distances front/back and/or side of the forklift. These lights are particularly useful in blind corners, dock areas and crossing aisles.
When shopping for blue safety lights for your warehouse, make sure to compare the brightness of each light with their projected distance. You’ll want to choose a light that projects a bright dot that is clearly visible at the desired distance.
Also, be sure to mount each light in a consistent location as changing their position can greatly impact the projection distance. This can lead to pedestrians assuming that the distance stays the same and they will not take action to avoid the moving forklift. Ensure each forklift blue safety light is mounted solidly and check them periodically to verify that they are drawing the correct distance.
Blue Arrow Lights
A blue arrow light projects a bright arrow on the floor that clearly warns LED Forklift Lights pedestrians of a forklift coming. It also shows which direction the truck is heading – this is particularly useful around blind corners where accidents often happen.
Easily mounted to forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts or sweepers this LED safety light works on vehicle electrical power and can be turned on and off at the push of a button. It’s a great way to enhance warehouse safety for both staff and equipment alike.
Unlike traditional warning lights, this LED Blue Arrow light isn’t annoying to nearby people. Rather, it’s an effective and affordable addition to any warehouse. You can also connect it to a forklift’s reverse alarm’s positive wire (though we recommend connecting to the ground). This provides an extra layer of protection in large, busy workplaces. It also prevents accidents by reducing the risk of reversing incidents.
Overhead Crane Warning Lights
Overhead cranes are dangerous and require specialized lighting to help ensure the safety of those working around them. This includes workers and those who are operating motorized traffic in the vicinity. Our crane warning lights provide a high-grade, easy-to-install solution to this important problem.
Unlike LED flood lights, these crane safety lights are specifically designed to work with crane equipment. They also illuminate specific areas of a crane and create highly visible warning zones. This makes them a much more effective solution than buzzers in letting those in the area know that the crane is moving and what it’s doing.
These lights can come in a variety of configurations and styles depending on the type and location of the crane in question. Some have the ability to use spotlight style lights that produce a narrow circular beam. Others can be adapted to use linear lights that serve to illumine zoned areas, too.
Emergency Beacon Lights
If you want to prevent collisions and accidents on construction sights, emergency scenes and in warehouses, then forklift safety lights are a vital tool. These flashing or rotating lights illuminate the area around your vehicle, making it clear to anyone in the vicinity that your forklift is moving or stationary. They are a great alternative to beeping safety alarms, as they can attract attention without disturbing nearby workers.
Beacon light colors are already familiar to road users through traffic signals and dashboard indicators in cars. The colors red and amber signal states that require action, whereas green indicates normal operations.
Install a set of high-quality LED beacon lights to your police vehicles, fire and rescue, utility or disaster response work trucks. Many lightbar variations are specialized to meet the needs of various agencies, including those with ‘takedown’ lights towards the front that show the vehicle has been stopped, additional red or amber lights on the sides for scene protection and directional traffic arrows.
